This is the first album I recorded. My late husband, AJ played bass on most of this album. We were in the middle of the recording process when the accident which took his life occurred. After putting music on hold for nearly a year, I felt compelled to finish what AJ and I had begun together. Wanting to keep the work we had already laid down, I did my best to tie up the loose ends and bring it to a point of completion. The finished product was not what I originally envisioned, but I believe it’s what it’s supposed to be. This projects was one of the first major steps I made in starting to live my life again after such a tragic loss. It will always hold a very special place in my life. God did much healing in my heart through working on this album.
